Please use the returns portal to submit your online return. ( https://racksoffprice.returnscenter.com/)  Shipping is not refunded and return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.  Other rules and restrictions apply.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within the return portal so we may issue a refund for the total order amount.  There is no refund fee/charge for damaged or incorrect items.

• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your order date


• All returns must be requested through our online portal https://racksoffprice.returnscenter.com/


• Once approved, returns must be shipped within 2 days.


• There will be no returns accepted for international shipments.


• Refunds are processed within 6 business days after receiving the item back.


• Return shipping costs ($4) will be deducted from your refund


• There is a $4 return fee per item (which includes the price of the return shipping label).


• Original shipping will not be refunded.


• Items must be in the same condition that it was received, including all packaging.


• All tags must be attached & invoice or receipt included.


• If shoes are shipped in a box, box must be returned.


• Merchandise this is used or worn or missing any tags will not be accepted.


• If we make a mistake on a shipment, or if a product is defective, all shipping and return fees will be refunded.


• All categories of merchandise may be returned as long as they have all tags attached and are not “used”.


• Due to the nature of our inventory we do not offer exchanges.


• We are not responsible for damages that occur during the care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing, or wear.
