Most items are shipped in a poly- mailer, rather than wrapped in a box with tissue paper and pretty ribbons. Items that may incur in transit damage will be shipped in a box. We charge shipping on our site, which allows us to keep our prices low. No baked in costs to offer "free shipping" passed on to the customer.
Please use the returns portal to submit your online return. ( https://racksoffprice.returnscenter.com/) Shipping is not refunded and return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Other rules and restrictions apply.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within the return portal so we may issue a refund for the total order amount. There is no refund fee/charge for damaged or incorrect items.
